Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bela Moon, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns Due to Our Error

• If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Bela Moon will cover all shipping costs related to the return or exchange process.

Customer-Initiated Returns

• If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product for reasons not related to an error by Bela Moon, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

• We ship to all governorates across Egypt.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 2 business days

• Alexandria: 2 business days

• Other governorates: 2–4 business days

Shipping Fees

• Alexandria: Shipping fees start from EGP 80.

• Cairo & Giza: Shipping fees start from EGP 120.

• Other governorates: Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location.

• If the shipping company is unable to contact the customer after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled.
