الاسترجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا
• إذا استلم العميل منتجًا تالفًا، أو معيبًا، أو خاطئًا، فستتحمل Bela Moon جميع تكاليف الشحن المتعلقة بعملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
الاسترجاع بناءً على طلب العميل
• إذا رغب العميل في إرجاع أو استبدال منتج لأسباب لا تتعلق بخطأ من Bela Moon، فإن العميل يتحمل جميع تكاليف الشحن.
معالجة استرداد الأموال
• ستتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة في غضون 5-7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.
